At KH Style, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms of delivery, returns, and exchanges for all orders placed through our website.
 
 
1. Delivery Policy
 
Within Oman
•Shipping Methods: Standard shipping is available for all orders within Oman.
•Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
•Estimated Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes approximately 1–5 business days.
•Shipping Cost: A flat shipping fee of 2.000 OMR applies to all standard deliveries.
 
Outside Oman
•Import Duties & Taxes: For deliveries outside Oman, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or additional charges once it reaches the destination. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
•Customs Compliance: Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. We are not responsible for any violations of such laws.
•Estimated Delivery Time: International deliveries typically take 2–20 business days, depending on shipping method, customs clearance, and destination.
•Unclaimed Orders: Once shipped, the courier may hold your order for up to 20 days. If we are unable to reach you within this period, the order will be canceled and returned to our store. In such cases, a refund will be issued after deducting shipping and payment processing fees.
 
Order Confirmation
 
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that references to shipping, courier, handling, or delivery services relate to the services performed by our third-party logistics partners. Orders placed after business hours or on non-business days (Friday & Saturday, public holidays) will be processed on the next business day (Sunday–Thursday).
 
 
2. Return & Exchange Policy
 
Customers may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
•The product has a manufacturing defect.
•A wrong product was delivered.
•The product is missing essential components or accessories.
•The product was damaged during shipping.
 
Terms & Conditions
•To qualify for return or exchange, customers must provide the original invoice and bank account details for refunds.
•A refund request due to a manufacturing defect must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product from the courier.
•Products will be inspected at our store or by our technical support team. If a defect is confirmed, the customer may choose a refund or exchange.
•Returned items must be in their original condition, including all accessories, components, and packaging.
•Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 14 business days.
